Job Title - Compliance Technician
Location – Bristol
Salary - £22k - £25k
National Water Hygiene Company and a supplier of legionella compliance services, water hygiene Services, water treatment, maintenance, and remedial works to the commercial, local authority, and industrial clients across the UK.
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring that the quality, timeliness, and content of Operatives’ job reports meets company standards. The role will be mainly office-based with occasional site visits to complete audits and quality checks.
Responsible for ensuring all data captured by site-based employees comply with relevant legislation and suits the requirements established by the client. Supports planning and scheduling of work.
Ensure all Operative reports submitted either via electronic/manual system are accurate and compliant with contract brief/ACOP L8, HSG274, and other legislation where necessary.Responsible for checking and signing off of Online Report Tracker (ORT) system.Identify any discrepancies and mistakes using knowledge of ACOP L8 and other legislations.
Planning and Scheduling
Support Planner/Scheduler(s) to drive productivity, efficiency and utilisation of field-based operations teamsProvide technical support and advice where required
Liaise with Account Management, Supervisors and IT to change ORT sign-off levels where appropriate.Monitor tablet performance
About the successful applicant
Ideally, you will have Water Hygiene experience but experience working in a similar role in another industry will be considered. You must however be analytical, have great attention to detail, and have good computer skills.

Experience of admin/similar rolesPrevious exposure to the Water Hygiene sector either in a supervisory, operating, or administrative environmentConfident IT user, Word, Excel, and OutlookOrganisation and planning experience
