About the job

Liaising with various agencies and suppliersAdministering e-commerce system backend - Product data capture and loadManipulation of bulk data and production of various KPI reports to tight timescalesData capture, formatting, and multi-database maintenance for sales lead generation and marketing activitiesHelp with various stock management and re-order, expense controlTaking orders over the phone and processing paymentsMonitoring debtor payments and flagging any problemsQuality checking data reports as well as signing off print orders and proofing creativesWorking with various hosted software platforms

Friendly, professional, and excellent telephone manners – able to build a rapport with a diverse customer and supplier baseAble to adhere to strict communication guidelines and inhouse processesExcellent written communication - attention to spelling and grammar

Keen attention to detail - responsible for quality checking data reports, order entry details, and some print productionCapable of extracting data from various database systems and generating reports. Experience in using order entry systems & payment portal, sales & lead management CRM, customer care software, e-commerce platform helpful.Proficient in all aspects of MS Excel, including generating reports, graphs, charts, pivot, and other data manipulationExperienced in supporting the senior team with nominal input and efficient time managementProfessional and self-disciplined
